On 20th May, 2020, a dissemination workshop was organized for the Economics BA students at Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania, Miercurea Ciuc, Romania. Due to the pandemic, the meeting was organized online, with all students present in their homes, via Google Classroom and Meet softwares. There were 21 students who attended the workshop, organized in two separate groups.
Enikő Tankó, the member of the Sapientia team, introduced the Culture and Languages for All project, spoke about its objectives, target groups and the importance of cultural heritage for education. She highlighted the advantages of the language learning material in the given context, when teaching is carried out online. Then she presented the platform and the language material, especially focusing the three submodules put together by Sapientia team.
The students were provided guidance on how to access the platform and were given usernames and passwords. They were asked to complete one module and send their feedback via google forms questionnaire, which they did, evaluating the language material mostly positively.
